Global online giant Amazon partner with the OEM Engineering Apprenticeship

The OEM Engineering Apprenticeship team were delighted to be joined by some of the Amazon management team at Monaghan Institute last week. The online retail giant has recently began training OEM Engineering Apprentices at two sites across Dublin.
Amazon are among many companies reaping the benefits of hiring OEM Engineering Apprentices and are investing heavily in apprenticeship in Ireland as part of their training and development strategy.
Speaking of the newly formed partnership with Amazon, OEM Engineering Apprenticeship Manager Anna Marie Woods said “We are delighted to welcome a world leader such as Amazon onto the programme, it is testament to the diligent work of the apprenticeship teams within Cavan Monaghan ETB and Limerick Clare ETB, who have developed and grown this programme over the past six years. We indeed consider this a real stamp of approval to attract such an esteemed organisation onto the programme. We look forward to training OEM Engineering Technicians with Amazon for many years to come”
