OEM Apprenticeship Stakeholders

The OEM apprentice programme was developed by a consortia of employers and education providers, including Cavan Monaghan and Limerick Clare ETB’s,  in direct response to ‘The Future Skills Requirements of the Manufacturing Sector Report to 2020’ addressing the emerging demands for skills in the sector in Ireland.  All of these stakeholders worked to design an apprenticeship training programme which would meet the needs of industry and plug the skills gaps with the Manufacturing Sector.
